We did find a perfect little raincoat for Ezekiel but that wasn't the highlight of our trip. LL Bean has installed a 3500 gallon fish tank that simulates Maine riverbeds. It is full of Maine fish. Here are the stats for you to read :)

And a couple of samples of the fish :)

Now for the cool part: the fish tank has a viewing bubble that was installed into the tank itself. You climb underneith, into the bubble, and you look at the fish as if you were "in" the river itself.
When Ezekiel first climbed in, he was a little nervous about what was going on:

He started to enjoy himself when he realized that not only could he see the fish, but he could also see all the people looking at the fish.

Even though Daddy keeps pointing out the fish, Ezekiel just wants to see what all the people are doing.

Then he spots Mama and everything is cool!

After viewing the fish, we decided it was time to leave since it was getting pretty late. We put his brand new rain jacket on him (very first rain jacket ever!). He HATED how the wrists had elastics around them. He also hated the fact that he couldn't pull down the hood on his own.

Outside, in the rain. NOT impressed!

Before our day began, I snapped a few more pictures (with Ezekiel dressed as one of the Partridge Family members).

And a couple more for you ... here is my guy thinking he is a big kid. He likes to lean against the wall with his back and butt touching it (like his Daddy does). He gets super impressed with himself and thinks he is one of the big kids.

His shots still have him feeling under the weather (you should see his arm, it has a massive lump and it is all bruised and red from one of the shots). After this round, we are really questioning whether or not to continue with shots for him. At 18 months he has his HEP A booster and then he is in the clear until he is 4. But still.. more media attention was in the news just today about shots potentially factoring into Autism (it was an interesting article). I thank God that Marty put his foot down about the flu shot yesterday...it seemed like everyone was screaming at us not to have it done (a guy at his work, on the news yesterday, in the newspaper today, etc). But doctors have a way of being very convincing in their talk of vaccines and what is safe and what you don't want to catch and how we are living longer than ever.
Well, I'm off to bed! We have to change the time tonight so I need all the rest I can get!
